The numbers at the end (28772) are what you place between the tags. Seems to be hit and miss with some items but I think it's just Sunwell patch 2.4 stuff.

Alternatively you can use WoWHead, essentially the same principle. Just copy the numbers in the URL. Benefit of WoWHead is that you can link stuff that cannot be looted in game and doesn't show up on the armory, A lá the one below.
